Return & Refund Policy

1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:
✔ Thedamaged, defective, or incorrect up
unused, in its original packaging, and
✔ The retwithin 30 days from the deli

🚫 Non-returnable items:

  • Items labeled as *final sale or **clearaclearance.
  • Used, washed, or damaged items (unless they arrived defective).
  • Custom or personalized products.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

    • Your order number.
    • A clear photo or video showing the issue.
    • A brief explanation of why you want to return the item.
  2. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions if eligible.
  3. Ship the product back within 7 days of receiving return approval.

🚚 Return shipping costs:

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item), we cover the return shipping cost.
  • If the return is due to customer preference (change of mind, incorrect size, or unwanted item), the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process the refund within 5-7 business days:

Processing time: It may take up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

💰 Partial refunds (if applicable):

4. Exchanges (Replacing a Defective or Incorrect Item)

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you can request a free exchange.

5. Order Cancellations & Modifications

If you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days, please:
